NOVELTY - A heat conductivity and heat storage function concrete material comprises 15-25 pts. wt. cement, 15-25 pts. wt. quartz sand, 15-25 pts. wt. natural pebbles, 10-15 pts. wt. graphene, 20-30 pts. wt. water, 1-3 pts. wt. water reducing agent, 1-3 pts. wt. expanding agent, 5-10 pts. wt. phase change polyethylene microcapsule, and 1-5 pts. wt. aramid fiber. USE - Heat conductivity and heat storage function concrete material. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of phase change polyethylene microcapsule comprising mixing 5-80 wt.% phase change material and 2-95 wt.% polymer shell material, melting to obtain oil phase, where phase change material is paraffin and polymer shell material is polyethylene, and dispersing 0.5-4 wt.% emulsifier in water to obtain aqueous phase; homogenizing oil phase and water phase at 2000-8000 revolutions/minute (rpm) to obtain oil/water liquid; and hydrothermal reacting for 12-24 hours at 120-200 degrees C and naturally cooling; and (2) preparation of concrete material comprising mixing cement and water and stirring; adding quartz sand, natural pebbles, phase change polyethylene microcapsule, graphene, and aramid fiber, stirring at 800-1500 rpm for 1 minute, adding water reducing agent and expanding agent, and continuously stirring for 1 minute; and injecting in mold and molding at 20-30 degrees C for 28 days.
