NOVELTY - The solar cell has a light anode group (1) which includes a light anode substrate (11), a graphene composite film (12) and a dye sensitizer (13). The graphene composite film is coated on a surface of the light anode substrate. The dye sensitizer is attached to a surface of the graphene composite film. A counter electrode group (3) includes a counter electrode substrate (32) and an aminated graphene coating layer (31). An electrolyte solution (2) is placed between the dye sensitizer and the aminated graphene coating layer and sealed by an outer casing (4). The dye sensitizer is prepared by mixing Lycium ruthenicum dye and plateauTropaeolum dye. USE - Graphene solar cell. ADVANTAGE - The solar cell effectively improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency to 12.17%, improves the battery performance, and has a simple preparation process and effectively reduces the cost and the cell is environmental friendly.
