NOVELTY - The bra has a cup included with a fabric with a heatable section comprising graphene particles (2) dispersed in a polymer matrix material, where the graphene particles are surface-functionalized graphene particles and the surface-functionalized graphene particles are oxygen-functionalized, hydroxy-functionalized, carboxy-functionalized, carbonyl-functionalized, amine-functionalized, amide-functionalized and/or halogen- functionalized, and the surface-functionalized graphene particles are amine-functionalized, amide-functionalized or halogen functionalized graphene. USE - Heatable maternity bra for treating lactation insufficiency in a postpartum subject i.e. nursing mother. ADVANTAGE - The graphene can be efficiently used in a maternity bra to provide relief and improve milk production and quality in breastfeeding mothers. The heat treatment of the breasts of nursing women can be used to increase blood flow to the breast area, increase milk production in the cells of the breast, increase the levels of the hormone prolactin in the blood and increase the permeability of Prolactin to the cells. This can lead to more efficient milk production, and earlier onset of milk production after birth.
