NOVELTY - Artificial aggregate comprises rice husk ash, fly ash, limestone powder, montmorillonite, mica powder, carbon nanotubes, graphene oxide, titanium dioxide, polyvinylpyrrolidone and water. USE - The artificial aggregate, or water permeable concrete is useful for purifying road surface water (all claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) method for preparing method artificial aggregate involves (a) weighing the above-mentioned raw materials, (b) adding 50% water to the container, then adding polyvinylpyrrolidone, uniformly stirring the mixture in a magnetic stirrer for 2 minutes, adding carbon nanotubes, graphene oxide and titanium dioxide, and magnetically stirring the mixture for 10 minutes to obtain uniform dispersion aqueous solution, (c) adding rice husk ash, fly ash, limestone powder, montmorillonite and mica powder to a blender, uniformly mixing at low-speed for 120 seconds, and then at high-speed for 120 seconds, adding remaining 50% water, and stopping stirring the mixture, (d) adding uniform dispersion aqueous solution to a stirring pan, stirring for 10 seconds, and obtaining artificial aggregate base material, and (e) processing the base material into spherical shaped particle of 5-20 mm in size, placing the processed base material in rotary kiln, preheating at 500-600 degrees C for 10 minutes, then sintering at 1300-1400 degrees C for 15-20 minutes, reducing the temperature to 1000-1100 degrees C for 20 minutes, and then cooling the processed material at room temperature; (2) water permeable concrete, comprising 65-70 wt.% artificial aggregate, 22-23 wt.% cement, and 8-12 wt.% water; and (3) method for preparing water permeable concrete.
