▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-modified water-based acrylic acid-based corrosion-resistant damping material comprises graphene-modified acrylic emulsion, glass flakes, glass fibers, anti-flash rust additives, mica powder, fillers and rubber particles. The graphene-modified acrylic emulsion is prepared by mixing acrylic emulsion, silicon-modified acrylic emulsion and graphene in a mass ratio of (90-100):(90-100):(0.5-2). USE - Graphene-modified water-based acrylic acid-based corrosion-resistant damping material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified water-based acrylic acid-based corrosion-resistant damping material achieves a one-time construction thickness of up to 3-10 mm, which reflects the performance of high sag resistance, so as to achieve a thick film to meet the vibration reduction and noise reduction requirements of special components and portion, has a wider temperature range and certain corrosion resistance, and has better damping performance at low frequencies (especially the fundamental frequency of large mechanical equipment). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene-modified water-based acrylic acid-based corrosion-resistant damping material, which involves adding graphene-modified acrylic emulsion, glass flakes, glass fibers, anti-flash rust additives, mica powder, fillers and rubber particles, utilizing a stirrer to make each component mix uniformly to obtain graphene-modified water-based acrylic acid-based corrosion-resistant damping material. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a variation curve of the damping factor of the damping material along with the temperature. (Drawing includes non-English language text).
