▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of composite crosslinked graphene oxide film involves dip-coating the surface of a porous ceramic support with 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane ethanol solution, washing the surface of the porous ceramic support with deionized water, heat-treating to obtain a surface-modified porous ceramic support, mixing 0.2-0.5 mg/mL graphene oxide dispersion and a mixed solution of amidine thiourea, thiosemicarbazide and deionized water as a modification solution, coating modified graphene oxide coating solution on the surface of the surface-modified porous ceramic support by a film-forming process, and heat-treating. The mass ratio of amidinothiourea and thiosemicarbazide is 3-6:1. The concentration of mixture of amidinothiourea and thiosemicarbazide in the modification solution is 0.5-1.5 mg/mL. The volume ratio of modified solution and graphene oxide dispersion is 1:5-25. USE - Preparation of composite crosslinked graphene oxide film. ADVANTAGE - The composite crosslinked oxidation graphene preparation method film has excellent anti-swelling property, high bonding strength, and strong stability, and excellent permeability. The method is simple and cost-effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the composite crosslinked graphene oxide film, which has pure water permeation flux of 130-160 L/m2.hour.bar. After the film is soaked in water for 180 days or continuously operated for 48 hours, no peeling phenomenon is found. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a flow chart illustrating preparation of composite crosslinked graphene oxide film. (Drawing includes non-English language text)
