NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene oxide using Fenton's reagent involves: (1) uniformly mixing graphite and deionized water, then adding acidic reagent to adjust the pH-value of system, and heating to react to obtain an acidic mixed material; (2) cooling the acidic mixed material, and adding Fenton's reagent and deionized water to react to obtain a graphite oxide solution; (3) centrifuging and washing the graphite oxide solution to neutral; and (4) diluting the solution obtained in step (3), carrying out ultrasonic treatment and freeze-drying to obtain product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide using Fenton's reagent. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple preparation of graphene oxide using Fenton's reagent under mild reaction condition in an environmentally-friendly manner.
