NOVELTY - The chamber (2) has trough (100) that is equipped with internal space (102). The portal (155) is formed, so that hydrocarbon gas is moved in and out to internal space including seating place (H) in which the metal plate (F) is placed. The heating portion (200) is provided for applying heat in seating place. The filter (300) is arranged between seating place and portal for dividing internal space. Multiple through holes (310) are formed, so that seating place and portal are connected. The chamber structure is made of metal material e.g. copper or quartz material. USE - Graphene synthesis chamber. ADVANTAGE - The multiple through holes are formed for connecting seating place and portal, thus effectively suppressing the deposition of the contaminant in the inner side. The inner side of the graphene synthesis chamber is washed, thus reducing the economic loss. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method for synthesizing graphene.
