▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A polydopamine-nanocellulose composite antibacterial material is prepared by (i) ultrasonically mixing graphitic carbon nitride/reduced graphene oxide (gC3N4/rGO) particles with deionized water to obtain gC3N 4/rGO uniform suspension; (ii) mixing hydrochloric acid, cellulose-grafted acrylic microspheres, aniline, and deionized water, dripping the mixture into gC3N4/rGO suspension, and carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 60 minutes, adding ammonium persulfate with concentration of 0.1 M, reacting at 4°C for 4 hours, centrifuging, washing, and freeze-drying to obtain cellulose-based composite material; and (iii) ultrasonically dispersing cellulose-based composite material in deionized water, forming suspension, dissolving dopamine hydrochloride in Tris buffer solution with concentration of 10 mM, adding the solution into the suspension, stirring at 50°C for 1.5 hours at 500 revolutions/minute, filtering, washing, and drying. USE - Polydopamine-nanocellulose composite antibacterial material. ADVANTAGE - The polydopamine-nanocellulose composite antibacterial material realizes the polydopamine sterilization without light intervention, photocatalytic system sterilization of polyaniline/gC3N4/rGO with light intervention, and maximization of antibacterial effect.
