NOVELTY - The battery has a substrate (1) formed with an electric conduction coating film layer (2). A first electrode (5) and a second electrode (7) are connected with each other, where the second electrode is fixed with a graphene (4). A cadmium layer (6) is matched with a thin film layer or cadmium quantum point layer. Diameter of the cadmium quantum point layer is about 1nm. The substrate is matched with a rigid substrate or flexible substrate. The first electrode is selected from one of gold, palladium, silver, titanium, chromium and nickel. USE - Graphene/cadmium telluride solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery is simple to process and convenient to use, and reduces stay doping effect and increases graphene/cadmium telluride solar battery conversion efficiency.
