▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing carbon black nano material, involves (i) taking raw materials of carbon black nanomaterials, (ii) mixing silane coupling agent, alcohol, water, modified montmorillonite and polyol, adding an acid catalyst to adjust the pH to 3.5-6.5, and stirring to obtain a silane coupling agent hydrolyzate, and (iii) adding nano-scale carrier, dispersant, antioxidant and antibacterial agent to the silane coupling agent hydrolyzate, mixing and reacting with nano carbon black after high pressure and shear emulsification, embedding the nano-scale carrier on the surface of the carbon black or in the branches, and drying to obtain the carbon black nano material. USE - The method is used for preparing carbon black nano material. ADVANTAGE - The method has simple process, extremely low energy consumption and low cost, ensures that the carbon black nanomaterials has excellent dispersibility in rubber, so as to prevent the aging of the carbon black nanomaterials and prolong its service life, improves anti-corrosion effect, and is environmentally-friendly.
