NOVELTY - Producing graphene artificial short fur involves grafting graphene acrylic and wool into wool, mixing wool into tops, cutting tops to 3-5 centimeter hairs by shearing machine. The components are divided into 4 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 2 pts. wt. crude oil, 1 pts. wt. softener, 20 pts. wt. water sprinkling agents, which are added on the pile and treated for 2 to 12 hours. The additives fully effect on hair section and uniformly set through the hair-crushing machine. 160-200 decitextiles polyester elastic yarn is cut and gray fabric is weaved through hair-cutting machine and cut. USE - Method for producing graphene artificial short fur for snow boots (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce graphene artificial short fur which is soft and comfortable, has good far infrared property and health care function. It effectively inhibiting bacterial growth. The blanching fabric bristle rollers is treated and hot-ray treatment is performed with a cloth speed of 16 meter/minute, where cloth is provided using flat knife blade and spiral fabric shearing machine of hot light fine and cut to obtain 4-6 millimeter.
