The components are divided into 4 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 2 pts. wt. crude oil, 1 pts. wt. softener, 20 pts. wt. water sprinkling agents, which are added on the pile and treated for 2 to 12 hours. The additives fully effect on hair section and uniformly set through the hair-crushing machine. 160-200 decitextiles polyester elastic yarn is cut and gray fabric is weaved through hair-cutting machine and cut. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to produce graphene artificial short fur which is soft and comfortable, has good far infrared property and health care function. It effectively inhibiting bacterial growth. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Producing graphene artificial short fur involves grafting graphene acrylic and wool into wool, mixing wool into tops, cutting tops to 3-5 centimeter hairs by shearing machine. The components are divided into 4 pts. wt. antistatic agent, 2 pts. wt. crude oil, 1 pts. wt. softener, 20 pts. wt. water sprinkling agents, which are added on the pile and treated for 2 to 12 hours. The additives fully effect on hair section and uniformly set through the hair-crushing machine. 160-200 decitextiles polyester elastic yarn is cut and gray fabric is weaved through hair-cutting machine and cut to 20 millimeter for 4 times. 1 pts. wt. acrylic soft pulp, 1 pts. wt. acrylic hard paste and 2 pts. wt. water setting agent are added for the first cut and treated at 150 degrees C. The bristles is stirred with a speed of 90 revolutions/minute. The cloth is treated with a speed of 10 meter/minute to increase the softness of plush and pull out buried fiber to remove fur surface impurities. The blanching fabric bristle rollers is treated and hot-ray treatment is performed with a cloth speed of 16 meter/minute, where cloth is provided using flat knife blade and spiral fabric shearing machine of hot light fine and cut to obtain 4-6 millimeter.
