▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing metal-based composite material comprises (i) preparing raw material according to composite material design ratio, processing matrix metal material into millimeter-sized matrix alloy particles with uniform granularity, preparing small-sized non-metal enhanced phase particles, and drying, (ii) solid mixing of matrix alloy particles and non-metal enhanced phase particles, and forming non-metal enhanced phase coated on state of metal particles, (iii) quantitatively conveying mixed material obtained by solid mixing to cylinder of metal thixotropic injection machine, spirally cutting and pushing by conveying rod, gradually heating and insulating, heating base metal to semi-solid melt, preparing base body liquid phase, and base spherical solid phase, and uniformly distributing semisolid composite slurry of reinforced body solid phase particle, and (iv) injecting semi-solid composite slurry at high speed through injection machine, molding and cooling in mold to obtain the product. USE - The method is useful for preparing metal-based composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method: has uniform reinforcement phases, and less oxidation inclusions in the semi-solid process; prepares metal-based composite material having improved mechanical property and heat conducting performance; fully exerts advantage of material composite performance; and is suitable for continuous preparation and production.
