NOVELTY - A self-lubricating material comprises 6-12 pts. wt. nickel powder, 3-10 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 4-8 pts. wt. graphite, 5-10 pts. wt. calcium fluoride, 0.5-1.2 pts. wt. magnesium oxide, 3-7 pts. wt. nano molybdenum disulfide, 0.2-0.7 pt. wt. graphene oxide, 1-3 pts. wt. silicon oxide and 15-30 pts. wt. PTFE. USE - Self-lubricating material used for robots. ADVANTAGE - The material has excellent performance and low coefficient of friction.
