USE - Preparation of composite graphene fluorocarbon-based anti-corrosion coating material. ADVANTAGE - The preparation process is simple and easy to implement. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of composite graphene fluorocarbon-based anti-corrosion coating material, involves reacting graphene oxide aqueous solution, organic solvent and reducing agent, removing water-solvent mixture by heating to obtain solvent-type reduced graphene dispersion, mixing solvent-based reduced graphene oxide dispersion with fluoropolymer to obtain graphene fluorocarbon resin matrix coating, mixing zinc aluminum phosphate, glass flakes, reduced graphene aqueous solution, stirring, filtering, vacuum drying and grinding, to obtain heavy anti-corrosion additive powder, mixing graphene fluorocarbon resin matrix coating, heavy duty additive, film-forming additive, dispersant and anti-settling agent, grinding to a predetermined degree of fineness, adding curing agent, and adjusting the viscosity with the solvent, to obtain composite graphene fluorocarbon-based anti-corrosion coating material. The weight ratio of graphene oxide aqueous solution, organic solvent and reducing agent is 1:1.98-2:0.1-0.6. The weight ratio of solvent-based reduced graphene oxide dispersion and fluoropolymer is 1:3-15. The weight ratio of zinc aluminum phosphate, glass flakes and reduced graphene aqueous solution is 1-3:1-4:100-400. The weight ratio of heavy duty additive and graphene fluorocarbon resin matrix coating is 1:5-30.
