NOVELTY - The battery has an electrode (5) arranged on an electric conduction coating film layer (2), where the electric conduction coating film layer is made of metal, ITO, FTO, n-type doping or - type doping zinc oxide oxidation. Another electrode (6) is arranged above a graphene part (4). The two electrodes are made of one or more of gold, palladium, silver, titanium, nickel and chromium. The former electrode is formed above a cadmium telluride (3). USE - Graphene/cadmium telluride solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The battery is simple to manufacture, and enlarges application field and increases practical utilization. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for manufacturing a graphene/cadmium telluride solar battery.
