Mass ratio of the carbon nano tube and the graphene is 3:20-10:3. USE - Selenium-carbon-copper composite material for use as a cathode catalyst and a catalytically active platinum carbon during electric catalytic oxygen reduction process. ADVANTAGE - The material is simple to prepare and easy to popularize. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a selenium-carbon-copper composite material preparation method.
