NOVELTY - The method of using graphene to inhibit aging of conductive adhesive involves preparing coating solution with concentration of 0.001-0.1 mg/ml, applying graphene coating over the pads to be connected to the microelectronic package and curing the adhesive on pad. USE - Method of using graphene to inhibit aging of conductive adhesive (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method effectively inhibits aging of conductive adhesive, ensures high capacitance property and enhanced corrosion resistance.
