NOVELTY - Oxide photo-catalytic material, comprises zinc oxide/copper oxide/graphene oxide (ZCGO) and zinc sulfide quantum dot compounded on the ZCGO, where the ZCGO is zinc oxide/copper oxide/graphene oxide heterojunction material. USE - The material is useful for photo-catalysis. ADVANTAGE - The material capable of improving photocatalytic performance of zinc oxide composite heterogeneous structure, can effectively prevent photo-corrosion of oxide photo-catalytic material, improve the circulation stability, and effectively reduce the consumption and trouble of additive. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparing oxide photo-catalytic material, comprising mixing zinc sulfide quantum dot solution with ZCGO for heating reaction to obtain solid product, washing and drying the solid product to obtain oxide photo-catalytic material, where the ZCGO is zinc oxide/copper oxide/graphene oxide heterojunction material.
