NOVELTY - Anti-corrosive paint comprises 55-65 pts. wt. epoxy resin, 10-30 pts. wt. silane-modified α-zirconium phosphate nanosheets and hexagonal boron nitride, 4-10 pts. wt. L-cysteine modified Ti3C2Tx, 5-10 pts. wt. fluorine-containing silane-modified iron and nickel co-doped ZIF-67/graphene oxide, 8-16 pts. wt. filler, 6-12 pts. wt. auxiliary agent and 25-35 pts. wt. water. USE - The anti-corrosive paint is useful for petroleum storage tank and petroleum pipeline is useful in petroleum production and transportation work. ADVANTAGE - The paint: has excellent adhesive force and good wear resistance and high salinity and anticoarrosion effect; and can be subjected to high and low temperature. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing anti-corrosive paint, comprising (i) mixing first epoxy resin, silane-modified α- zirconium phosphate nanosheet and hexagonal boron nitride, L-cysteine modified Ti3C2Tx, fluorine-containing silane-modified iron and nickel co-doped ZIF-67/ graphene oxide with water in a high-speed mixer and mixing at 3500-4500 revolutions/minute for 30-50 minutes; and (ii) adding fillers and auxiliary agent into the above mixture and stirring continuously for 30-50 minutes to obtain the anti-corrosion coating.
