NOVELTY - Preparing carboxylated oxidized graphene modified flexible flat film involves dispersing carboxylated oxidized graphene in deionized water to obtain an oxidation dispersion graphene; dissolving polyvinylpyrrolidone in an alkaline Tris buffer solution to obtain dopamine hydrochloride solution; placing the cleaned flexible flat film into the dopamine hydroxide solution to soak; cleaning; placing in hydroxylated and oxidzed solution for graphene soaking; washing and drying to obtain a modified flexible film; cleaning, dissolving dopamine hydchloride in the alkaline tris buffer, and adding polyethylene pyrrolide and stirring, adding flexible fibre material to form a flexible limiting channel, obtaining flexible flat membrane; cleaning the flexible flat membrane, and dissolving the dopamine hydrochloride in alkaline tris buffer solution and obtaining dopamine hydrochloride solution, placing cleaned flexible flat membrane into dopamine hydrochloride solution to soak, cleaning. USE - The flexible flat film is used for membrane distillation, gas purification, and organic solvent-aqueous system and separation process of organic solvent refining. ADVANTAGE - The carboxylated graphene modified flexible flat film has self-cleaning and self-repairing effect, to solve the problem that the existing PVDF film is not enough in MBR sewage treatment.
