▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high-dispersion anti-aging nano-filler comprises (1) adding silane coupling agent to graphene suspension(0.02-0.2 wt.%), amount of silane coupling agent is 10-20 wt.% mass of graphene, condensing and refluxing in oil bath at 90degreesC for 16-32 hours, after finishing reaction, washing product with absolute ethanol and deionized water alternately for many times, and placing product in vacuum drying oven for vacuum drying to obtain modified graphene; (2) grinding titanium dioxide nanoparticles into fine powder, calcining in muffle furnace, cooling to room temperature to obtain anatase titanium dioxide nanoparticles, dispersing it in water containing cabbage red, stirring at low speed for 15 hours, allowing to stand for 12 hours, and placing in vacuum drying oven for vacuum drying to obtain modified titanium dioxide nanoparticles; and (3) adding modified graphene and modified titanium dioxide nanoparticles into ball mill in mass ratio of 1:10-30, and mixing evenly. USE - The high-dispersion anti-aging nano-filler is useful for tire (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple, environmentally friendly, and economical. The nano-filler: has good anti-aging properties and dispersibility; solves the problems of poor dispersibility and anti-aging properties of filler; and is economical.
