▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Vulcanized nano-doped graphene anti-wear and anti-friction lubricating oil additive comprises 0.01-0.5 %mass sulfurized doped nano-graphene, 0.01-1 %mass nano-tungsten disulfide, 1-10 %mass polyisobutylene succinimide, 1-10 %mass surface modifier, 77-97.3 %mass base oil, 0.5-1 %mass thiadiazole derivative and 0.1-0.5 %mass competitive derivative. USE - Lubricating oil additive useful in lubricating oil composition (claimed) for lubricating oil of various vehicle and large mechanical equipment. ADVANTAGE - The lubricating oil additive has excellent dispersion stability performance in the base lubricating oil, and improves the anti-wear and anti-friction properties of the base lubricating oil. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a preparation method of vulcanized nano-doped graphene anti-wear and anti-friction lubricating oil additive, involving adding nano-tungsten disulfide, sulfur-doped nano-graphene and polyisobutylene succinimide to base oil in sequence at room temperature, uniformly stirring, ultrasonically treating for 30-60 minutes, adding surfactant, thiadiazole derivative and triazole derivative in sequence, uniformly stirring, and ultrasonically treating at room temperature for 30-60 minutes; and (2) a lubricating oil composition, comprising base lubricating oil and lubricating oil additive, where the lubricating oil additive adopts the above-mentioned lubricating oil additive.
