▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing polyester composite glass fiber reinforced plastic material, comprises (i) preparing glass fiber; (ii) pre-treating the glass fiber; (iii) preparing graphene quantum dots; (iv) preparing graphene dispersion solution; (vi) preparing glass fiber cloth woven by reacting supported silver/titania composite glass fiber with silane coupling agent added with mixed solution of ethanol and water, reacting, to obtain silane coupling agent modified glass fiber cloth, washing with ethanol and water; and (vii) mixing unsaturated polyester resin sheet with glass fiber cloth and molding process. USE - The method is useful for preparing polyester composite glass fiber reinforced plastic material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method produces product having good mechanical property, long lasting antibacterial property, and softening temperature of more than 150 degrees C. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing polyester composite glass fiber reinforced plastic material, comprises (i) preparing glass fiber by crushing 50-55% silicon oxide, 10-15% boron trioxide, 0.1-0.5% sodium oxide, 10-15% aluminum oxide and 15-20% calcium oxide, mixing, placing in 400 ml corundum crucible, melting at 1370 degrees C, carrying out melting refining at 1450 plus minus 10 degrees C, baking at 1200 degrees C, casting molding, adding into a muffle furnace, annealing at 500 degrees C, to obtain glass system, heating and drawing at 1050 degrees C and drawing into a glass fiber; (ii) pre-treating the glass fiber; (iii) preparing graphene quantum dots by adding 0.1-1 mg/ml dispersion solution and water, acetone or dimethylsulfoxide as solvent, carrying out ultrasonic stirring of 50-60 ml graphene quantum dot dispersion solution, adding 0.01-0.03 mol/l silver nitrate solution, reacting under controlled temperature of 45-60 degrees C, adding 0.1-0.8 mol/l trisodium citrate dehydrate dropwise, continuously carrying out ultrasonic stirring for 60-120 minutes, adding 10-20 ml graphene quantum dot dispersion solution dropwise, adding pre-treated glass fibers, carrying out ultrasonic stirring speed by half, soaking for 30-60 minutes, taking out glass fiber, cleaning, drying, where the volume ratio of dispersion solution, silver nitrate solution and trisodium citrate dihydrate is 3-4:2-3:1-2; (iv) preparing graphene dispersion solution by taking 0.2-0.8 mg/ml graphene, water, acetone or dimethylsulfoxide as solvent, carrying out ultrasonic stirring of 80-100 ml graphene dispersion solution, adding the glass fiber obtained in the step (iii), carrying out ultrasonic stirring for 10 minutes, conveying into a reaction kettle of polyfluortetraethylene, maintaining at 80-120 degrees C for 15-30 minutes, taking out glass fiber, cleaning and drying; (v) adding 0.1-0.3 M titanium source into 1 M sulfuric acid solution, uniformly mixing, adding glass fiber obtained in the step (iv), raising the temperature to 110 degrees C, reacting for 3-5 hours, adjusting pH to 7 with concentrated ammonia solution, aging for 12 hours, cleaning and drying, to obtain supported silver/titania composite glass fiber; (vi) preparing glass fiber cloth woven by reacting supported silver/titania composite glass fiber with silane coupling agent added with mixed solution of ethanol and water, reacting at 55-75 degrees C for 20-20 minutes, to obtain silane coupling agent modified glass fiber cloth, washing the reaction product with ethanol and water, and centrifuging for 15-30 minutes under centrifugal speed of 8000-10000 rotations/minute; and (vii) mixing unsaturated polyester resin sheet with glass fiber cloth and molding process. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for polyester composite glass fiber reinforced plastic material prepared as mentioned above.
