NOVELTY - Preparing 99mTc marked nano probe involves using chemical and physical effects of medical polymer functionalized graphene and performing direct labeling reaction with radionuclide 99mTc to generate labeling reaction without using chelating agent. USE - Method for preparing 99mTc marked nano probe for single-photon emission computed tomography imaging (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare 99mTc marked nano probe which has high contrast and good imaging application. It is simple and efficient for tumor and lymph node uptake.
