NOVELTY - Compound wall caulking based on epoxy resin modification comprises 60-65 pts. wt. composite epoxy resin prepolymer, 2.7-2.8 pts. wt. graphene loaded hydrophobic agent, 3.4-3.6 pts. wt. fumed silica, 8.4-9.2 pts. wt. triethoxysilane, 13-16 pts. wt. sodium alginate, 6.9-7.3 pts. wt. sodium bentonite and 100 pts. wt. water, and is prepared by (i) stirring and dissolving bisphenol A epoxy resin in water, cooling to 0-5 degrees C, dripping trifluoromethanesulfonic acid, stirring, increasing temperature to 50 degrees C, reacting for 2-3 hours to obtain fluorinated epoxy resin, and (ii) adding fluorinated epoxy resin and acetone to flask, and adding toluene-2,4-diisocyanate and hydroxy silicone oil, dispersing fluorinated epoxy resin with acetone, introducing nitrogen gas, and increasing temperature to 60 degrees C, controlling constant pressure while dripping toluene-2,4-diisocyanate and hydroxy silicone oil and increasing temperature to 80 degrees C for 6 hours to obtain composite epoxy resin prepolymer. USE - Compound wall caulking based on epoxy resin modification. ADVANTAGE - The epoxy resin modification improves the weather resistance, stain resistance and hydrophobic performance of the joint sealant, and solves the problem of poor weather resistance and hydrophobic stain resistance of the existing joint sealant.
