▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene optical fiber comprises (i) drying surface of the bare optical fiber after being treated with waterless ethanol and placing in a vacuum chamber, performing pulse electron beam treatment, (ii) placing pre-processed raw optical fiber into a chemical vapor deposition (CVD) tubular furnace, introducing inert protective gas, heating to 1000-1500℃, stabilizing the temperature, maintaining for 20-40 minutes, (iii) introducing carbon source gas, (iv) stopping introducing inert protection gas, and (v) opening carbon source air, (vi) closing carbon source atmosphere, and introducing inert protective air to exhaust the carbon sources, (vii) cooling the CVD tube furnace to room temperature under inert protection air to obtain graphene under condition of carbon vapor deposition graphene. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene optical fiber, which is useful in optical communication device e.g. Fifth generation base station and data center. ADVANTAGE - The optical fiber has ultra-wide spectrum range (850-1600 nm), high bandwidth, anti-bending and low loss characteristics, and is suitable for high-speed transmission of medium and short distance with large capacity.
