NOVELTY - Heat-dissipating lamp housing includes a housing body and a heat-dissipating paint coated on the housing body made of 10-15 pts. wt. melamine powder, 25-35 pts. wt. aluminum powder, 10-20 pts. wt. silicon powder, 10-22 pts. wt. ceramic polishing slag, 12-16 pts. wt. medical stone, 8-13 pts. wt. talc powder, where the heat-dissipating coating includes 20-30 pts. wt. hydrophilic graphene microchips, 1-5 pts. wt. conductive carbon black, 1-4 pts. wt. butyl acetate, 40-60 pts. wt. aqueous resin dispersion, 5-10 pts. wt. aluminum nitride, 1-2 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 1-3 pts. wt. dispersing agent, 5-15 pts. wt. silicone resin, 5-10 pts. wt. nano silicon dioxide and 2-6 pts. wt. curing agent. USE - The radiating type lamp shell is useful in a solid semiconductor device i.e. LED, for converting electric energy into visible light for directly converting electric into light. ADVANTAGE - The prepared lamp shell has light weight, strong anti-weathering ability, with a certain corrosion resistance and good radiating and insulating performance, simple manufacturing technique, low cost, high practical value and wide market prospect. The radiating coating has high radiation temperature reducing property, convenient use, for reducing the surface temperature of the radiating cup, aluminum substrate, lampshade and so on, LED lamp as to reach the effect of cooling. It has excellent protection and decoration function, at the same time of radiating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of heat-dissipating lamp housing, comprising: (i) installing the forming mold in the die-casting machine; (ii) placing melamine powder, aluminum powder, silicon powder, ceramic polishing slag, medical stone and talc powder at 550-680°C for superalloy melting and stirring evenly to form a molten material; (iii) casting the molten material and injecting into a mold by a die-casting machine to form a shell body, and drying; (iv) mixing hydrophilic graphene microchips, conductive carbon black, butyl acetate, aqueous resin dispersion, aluminum nitride, defoaming agent, dispersant, silicone resin, nano silicon dioxide, curing agent and smoothing agent, at 1200 rpm, stirring at a rotating speed for 2.5 hours, filtering to remove impurities with a 300-mesh sieve, and allowing to stand after obtaining the heat-dissipating coating; (v) degreasing and decontaminating the surface of the shell body parts that need to be sprayed with heat-dissipating paint, then fully stirrin the heat-dissipating paint that has been prepared and allowing to stand for 3 minutes, and then pouring into a spray gun with a diameter of 1.3-1.5mm; and (vi) using the spray gun to aim at the surface of the shell body parts that need to be sprayed, where the distance between the two is 5-15 cm, spraying back and forth 2-3 times to make the heat-dissipating coating evenly cover the surface of the object, coating can be air-dried and cured for 10 hours or at 110°C, and baking in the oven for 20 minutes for fast curing.
