NOVELTY - Producing graphene film involves depositing chemical vapors over heated metal substrate under vacuum in presence of inert gas and carbon source. Adjacent layers are deposited over heated substrate in presence of catalyst to obtain final product. Isolation layer is provided between two adjacent layers. USE - Method for producing graphene film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is suitable for large scale production, and enables to produce graphene film with improved quality and yield.
