NOVELTY - The percolation network (101) is comprised of RGO ink including an overlapping stacked arrangement of RGO flakes (102), which are functionalized to facilitate detectable changes in the flow of charge carriers (103) in response to stimulus, such as light strain, temperature and humidity. ADVANTAGE - Liquid-philicity in increased since the RGO flakes comprise a surfactant, while liquid-phobicity is reduced.
