NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/epoxy resin composite material comprises e.g. (i) mixing graphene powder and solvent, adding dispersant to obtain uniformly mixed graphene dispersion, (ii) placing container containing graphene dispersion in an ice-water bath, adding epoxy resin particles evenly and performing high-intensity ultrasonic vibration, adding epoxy resin particles evenly and performing high-intensity ultrasonic oscillation, (iii) placing container containing the mixed solution obtained in step (ii) in the ventilation cabinet, and stirring, (iv) placing mixed solution obtained in step (iii) in an oven to remove solvent, (v) mixing the solution obtained in step (iv), adding curing agent under stirring to obtain form curing system, (vi) placing mixed solution obtained in step (v) in a vacuum drying oven for vacuum de-foaming treatment, (vii) pouring graphene/epoxy resin mixture obtained in step (vi) into mold, heating, curing, reacting and releasing the mold. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/epoxy resin composite material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene/epoxy resin composite has excellent electrical properties; disperses graphene in the epoxy resin, which does not enhances the tensile strength of the composite material; and increases the flame retardant and conductive properties of the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene/epoxy resin composite material comprises (i) thoroughly mixing graphene powder and solvent with ICA stirrer and then stirring at a constant speed at 0-10 degrees C, adding dispersant and ultrasonically mixing for 20-40 minutes to obtain uniformly mixed graphene dispersion, (ii) placing container containing the graphene dispersion in an ice-water bath, adding epoxy resin particles evenly and slowly under stirring, and performing high-intensity ultrasonic vibration using ultrasonic degrader for 1-2 hours, adding epoxy resin particles evenly and performing high-intensity ultrasonic oscillation using ultrasonic degrader for 1-2 hours, (iii) placing container containing the mixed solution obtained in step (ii) in an ICA stirrer in the ventilation cabinet, and stirring at room temperature at a speed of 1000-1200 revolutions/minute for 30-60 minutes, (iv) placing the mixed solution obtained in step (iii) in an oven at 80-100oC for 5-8 hours to remove 1/3-1/2 solvent, (v) mixing the solution obtained in step (iv), adding certain amount of curing agent under the condition of high-speed shear stirring to obtain form curing system, (vi) placing the mixed solution obtained in step (v) after curing reaction in a vacuum drying oven for vacuum de-foaming treatment, where the drying conditions of the vacuum drying oven are: vacuum degree of -0.09 to -0.1 MPa, temperature of 60-80 degrees C, treatment time is 40-60 minutes, (vii) pouring graphene/epoxy resin mixture obtained in step (vi) into the mold, then heating and curing at 50-60 degrees C for 5-6 hours, then heating at 90-100 degrees C, reacting for 5-6 hours, and cooling to room temperature, and releasing the mold to obtain graphene/epoxy resin composite material.
