▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A preparation method of near-infrared in-situ self-healing polyurea resin comprises (i) mixing hydroxy-terminated polydimethylsiloxane with 2,4-diisocyanate solution, adding dibutyltin dilaurate as catalyst, heating and reacting to obtain prepolymer (I), (ii) slowly lowering the temperature of the system, adding isophorone diamine as chain extender to the system to react to obtain the prepolymer (II), and (iii) dissolving hexamethylene diisocynate trimer in the solvent, adding to the prepolymer (II), continuing the reaction until the isocyanate is completely consumed, adding the dispersion liquid dispersed with light-to-heat conversion nanoparticles to obtain the polyurea resin liquid, evaporating the solvent in the polyurea resin liquid to obtain the polyurea resin. USE - The near-infrared in-situ self-healing polyurea resin prepared by the method is used in the protective coating of outdoor textiles (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for use of the near-infrared in-situ self-healing polyurea resin in protective coating of outdoor textiles.
