▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A mutant red ear locust diene synthase comprises amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2 from 399 of threonine mutated to serine. USE - Mutant red ear locust diene synthase for producing fruticosa coordination assembling and synthesizing graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The synthase keeps catalytic product without changing. Its enzyme activity is higher than the wild type. Compared with the traditional method, using southernwood red ear flower promotes production, where efficiency of artemisinin is high and cost is low. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) an isolated polynucleotide which comprises mutant fruticosa diene synthase protein; (2) a vector which comprises the polynucleotide; (3) host cell of genetic engineering which comprises the vector, or gene group; (4) f producing mutant synthase which comprises culturing host cell, and obtaining culture; and separating mutant red ear flower from culture diene synthase; (5) use of the mutant synthase according for producing fruticosa II and/or southernwood acid; and (6) method for producing fruticosa coordination assembling and synthesizing graphene which comprises using mutant synthase catalytic farnesyl pyrophosphate to obtain red ear locust diene.
