▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene-containing modified latex comprises a graphene structure and a non-carbon non-oxygen non-hydrogen element comprising iron, silicon and aluminum elements. The total content of iron, silicon and aluminum elements is 0.0018-0.4 wt.% with respect to total content of the modified latex. USE - Graphene-containing modified latex is used for forming latex product e.g. sofa, pillow, mattress, cushion, belt, insole, bra, car seat, toilet seat cushion, condom, glove, balloon, nipple, bottle and hand warmer (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-containing modified latex enables formation of product having high far-infrared ray resistance maximum value of 0.93 and antibacterial effect maximum value of 99% by having combination of graphene structure and elements comprising iron, silicon and aluminum. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of graphene-containing modified latex, which involves subjecting a biomass carbon source to catalytic treatment in presence of a catalyst, obtaining a precursor, heat-preserving the precursor at 140-180 degrees C for 1.5-2.5 hours under a protective gas atmosphere, obtaining an intermediate product (I1), heating resultant product at 30-450 degrees C for 3-4 hours under a protective gas atmosphere, obtaining an intermediate product (I2), heating resultant product at 1100-1300 degrees C for 2-4 hours under protective gas atmosphere, obtaining an intermediate product (I3), subjecting intermediate product (I3) to alkali washing, pickling and washing. The heating is carried out at heating rate of 14-18 degrees C/minute.
