NOVELTY - High density high strength graphene frame material, is claimed. The density of the graphene frame material is 0.4-1.2 g/cmasterisk3. The graphene frame material has in-plane orientation comprises a compression deformation of 90%, and a compressive stress of 62.7 MPa. USE - Used as high density high strength graphene frame material. ADVANTAGE - The graphene frame material: has liquid crystal orientation degree, resistance to compression set (maximum compression set by 90%), and maximum compression resistance (maximum compressive stress of 62.7 MPa). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the high-density high-strength graphene frame material comprising (i) mixing the aqueous graphene oxide solution with a small molecule having plasticizing effect, and removing the water to obtain graphene oxide/small molecule precursor ink, where the graphene oxide mass accounts for 3-6% of the total mass of graphene oxide and small molecules, (ii) placing obtained graphene oxide/small molecule precursor in a 3D printing device, and printing the frame structure by air pressure extrusion, (iii) replacing the small molecule in the frame structure by isopropyl alcohol, and removing the impurity and densifying to obtain graphene oxide frame material, and (iv) reducing and shaping graphene oxide frame material to obtain graphene frame material.
