▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A heat conductive composition comprises two or more polymer components having different relative permittivity, a heat conductive metal filler, and graphene. The heat conductive metal filler is unevenly distributed in one polymer component. The polymer component in which the heat conductive metal filler is unevenly distributed forms a continuous phase. USE - Heat conductive composition. Uses include but are not limited to thermal radiation material, electronic material, sensor material, medical treatment, nursing care material, structural material, motor vehicle material, and aerospace material of electric system of motor vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The lightweight heat conductive composition has excellent thermal conductivity, and low density. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of heat conductive composition, which involves dissolving a polymer in a polymerizable monomer, polymerizing the polymerizable monomer to form the polymer component, thereby causing reaction-induced phase separation in which the polymer component is phase-separated, unevenly dispersing the conductive metal filler in the polymer component, and the polymer component in which the conductive metal filler is unevenly distributed forms a continuous phase.
