NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene masterbatch involves melting and mixing a polymer material and 2-8 wt.% graphene powder to form a mixture, adding an additive comprising a coupling agent, a dispersing agent and a catalyst to obtain a mixture, adding a rubber chain agent comprising a curing agent and a linking agent, and preparing a molten raw material which is melted and mixed with the polymer material, the graphene powder and the additive into graphene masterbatches which are in a short cylindrical granular shape. The molecular weight of at least one of the coupling agent and the dispersing agent is the same as that of the polymer material. The molten raw material comprises 20-22 wt.% catalyst, and 70 wt.% coupling agent, rubber chain agent and dispersing agent (in total). USE - Manufacture of masterbatch used in preparation of graphene shock film (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, economical and easily optimizes the physical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of graphene shock film, which involves melting the graphene masterbatches, and biaxially stretching the melted graphene masterbatches using biaxial stretcher. The polymer material is polyethylene terephthalate.
