▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene conductive waterborne anticorrosive coating comprises binder, 50-70 %mass pigment filler and 1-5 %mass graphene, where the binder comprises 10-20 parts mass phosphoric acid source, 2-4 parts mass aluminum hydroxide, 3-5 parts mass curing agent, 3-5 parts mass passivation agent and 65-75 parts mass water, and the pigment filler is metal pigment filler. USE - As graphene conductive waterborne anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating is dense, has high temperature resistant, and excellent electrical conductivity, eliminates use of anode, prevents corrosion and has prolonged service life. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the coating involving (a) reacting phosphoric acid with aluminum hydroxide to obtain a phosphoric acid composite salt, adding curing agent and passivating agent, adding water, stirring until the solution is clarified into a binder solution, (b) adding graphene to the binder solution and uniformly dispersing to obtain a graphene dispersion, and (c) adding a metal pigment filler to the graphene dispersion and uniformly dispersing.
