▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene oxide and magnetic mesoporous silica composite nano drug carrier, involves (i) dispersing magnetic mesoporous silica nanoparticles in absolute ethanol, (ii) dripping 3-propyltrimethoxysilane to the dispersion obtained in step (i), and continuously stirring and reacting in a water bath, and (iii) dripping the pre-configured graphene oxide, deionized water and absolute ethanol mixed solution to the solution obtained in step (ii) under magnetic stirring using a peristaltic pump, adjusting the pH value of the solution with acetic acid solution and aqueous ammonia, continuously stirring and reacting for 15-24 hours, centrifuging, washing with ethanol and deionized water several times, and drying in a vacuum drying oven to obtain the product. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide and magnetic mesoporous silica composite nano drug carrier. ADVANTAGE - The method provides the composite nano drug carrier which has larger specific surface area and excellent photothermal effect.
