NOVELTY - Laboratory device comprises tar residue conveying device (1), heating furnace (2), washing tank (3), liquid pump (4), centrifugal separation and drying integrated machine (5), ball mill, screening machine arranged in sequence in sequence and heating furnace B. Casing is cylindrical with closed ends, and cylindrical casing is fixed on base in horizontal state. Screen frame cushion frame is rectangular frame structure matched with box body. Box body is fixed on screen frame cushion frame. Box body is fixed on screen frame cushion frame is set with feed port above, vertical scraper and horizontally arranged push-pull rod are set in box. One end of pull rod is set with scraper. Inlet of liquid pump is set in washing tank. Outlet of liquid pump is set with inlet of centrifugal separation and drying integrated machine through pipeline. Outlet of integrated centrifugal separation and drying machine is set with inlet of ball mill, and outlet of ball mill faces feed inlet of sieving machine. USE - The laboratory device is useful for preparing graphene from tar residue. ADVANTAGE - The laboratory device is simple economical.
