▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - An aqueous energy exchange medium is prepared by mixing and compounding 15-65 parts mass organic polyols, 35-85 parts mass purified water, 0.05-5 parts mass hydroxylated graphene, 0.5-5 parts mass corrosion inhibitors, 0.01-0.05 part mass silicone emulsion defoamers, and 0.002-0.005 part mass coloring dyes. USE - Aqueous energy exchange medium containing hydroxylated graphene. ADVANTAGE - The raw materials used in the preparation method are easy to obtain and the process is simple. The surface of the added hydroxylated graphene has a large number of hydroxyl groups and has excellent solvent solubility, is easier to disperse in aqueous solution, and can significantly improve thermal conductivity of the energy exchange medium. The organic carboxylate compound corrosion inhibitor used does not contain inorganic salts that are harmful to the environment, and is green, safe and non-toxic. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the aqueous energy exchange medium containing hydroxylated graphene, which involves adding hydroxylated graphene to the purified water, using the ultrasonic crusher with a frequency of 25kHz for 30 minutes to obtain premixed liquid, stirring hydroxylated graphene, and pre-mixed liquid, adding organic carboxylate compound inhibitor, polyol, silicone emulsion defoamer and coloring dye, stirring, and mixing uniformly.
