NOVELTY - Low pressure graphene growth system comprises a heating furnace body, a flow control integrated module, a vacuum system, a servo motor, a speed reducer, a gas mixing system and a programmable logic controller, where the heating furnace body is provided with the servo motor. One end of heating furnace body is connected with the vacuum system. Other end heating furnace body is connected with the flow rate controller and gas mixing system. USE - Low pressure graphene growth system. ADVANTAGE - The low pressure graphene growth system enables to continuously produce graphene and to improve the safety of user.
