▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Aqueous graphene conductive paste comprises 10-15 pts. wt. graphene, 40-60 pts. wt. deionized water, 1-3 pts. wt. surfactant, 5-8 pts. wt. gel, 30-35 pts. wt. bonding material, 0.5-2 pts. wt. light curing agent and 1-5 pts. wt. auxiliary agent. The surface active agent is tea saponin, cyclic lipopeptide salt, lignin sulfonate and/or dodecyl benzene sulfonate. The gelling agent is alginate, cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, xanthan gum and/or agar powder. USE - Aqueous graphene conductive paste used in RFID tag (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The aqueous graphene conductive slurry has improved stability, effectively resists rolling deformation, and has improved bonding effect and wear-resisting effect and better printing adaptability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for following (1) a method for preparing the aqueous graphene conductive paste, which involves adding surfactant to deionized water, and adding graphene under the conditions of ultrasonic and magnetic stirring to make it dispersed;adding binder, light curing agent and auxiliary agent, then adding gel agent, heating, cooling under high-speed shearing condition, and grinding it; and (2) an RFID tag, which includes water-based graphene conductive slurry.
