▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high-temperature-resistant wear-resistant hydrophilic inorganic coating comprises component (A), component (B) and water. The component (A) comprises 45-75 pts. wt. silica sol, 10-20 pts. wt. γ-alumina, 0.5-5 pts. wt. α-alumina, 1-5 pts. wt. cobalt black, 0.1-5 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol and 0.1-5 pts. wt. leveling agent. The component (B) comprises 20-30 pts. wt. titanium powder, 1-2 pts. wt. γ-alumina, 1.2-30 pts. wt. carbon material and 1-5 pts. wt. leveling agent. USE - High-temperature-resistant wear-resistant hydrophilic inorganic coating used for preparing cookware (claimed), used in military industry, household appliance, automobile, ship and self-cleaning glass. ADVANTAGE - The inorganic coating has excellent hydrophilicity, corrosion resistance, bonding force, high temperature resistance and wear resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of high-temperature resistant wear-resistant hydrophilic inorganic coating, which involves adding component (A) and component (B) in water, ball-milling the mixture into paste, and uniformly mixing the paste.
