NOVELTY - The preparation method of potassium-doped graphene quantum dots involves adding sugar and potassium hydroxide to deionized water and then uniformly mixing, stirring the mixture and then placing in a reactor, carrying out hydrothermal reaction at constant temperature, and purifying. USE - The method is useful for preparation of potassium-doped graphene quantum dots, which are useful in electronic, optoelectronic, solar battery and chemical sensing applications. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simple and easy preparation of potassium-doped graphene quantum dots with excellent photoelectric properties, solubility and dispersibility.
