▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Reduced graphene oxide based concrete composition comprises 1 pt. wt. cement, 3 pts. wt. sand, 0.42 ml water/g cement, 0.1-0.5 mg reduced graphene oxide/g per cement, and 0.015-0.055 ml Tween 85(RTM: Polysorbate 85)/g cement. USE - The reduced graphene oxide based concrete composition is used for producing potentially ultra-light and resistant composite materials. ADVANTAGE - The concrete composition has improved workability and compressive strength, and has higher hydration rate and lower carbonation rate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the reduced graphene oxide based concrete composition, comprising (a) preparing diluted solution of reduced graphene oxide and water by mixing 0.24-1.19 mg reduced graphene oxide per 1 ml of water, (b) exfoliating the diluted solution of reduced graphene oxide and water using ultrasonic cleaner for 30-45 minutes to ensure uniform dispersion of reduced graphene oxide in water, where during the process, 0.03-0.13 ml Tween 85(RTM: Polysorbate 85) per 1 ml water is used as a dispersing agent, (c) pouring the required amount of standard sand comprising of mixture of Grade (I) (2-1 mm), (II) (1-500 micron), and (III) (500-90 micron) sand in equal proportions in a mixer machine and mixing for 3-7 minutes, (d) adding the cement in the mixer machine in a quantity equal to a weight per weight ratio of 1:3 of cement to sand followed by continuous mixing for 3-7 minutes, (e) adding the exfoliated diluted solution of reduced graphene oxide and water to the sand and the cement mixture in the mixer machine in a quantity that maintains the water to cement ratio of 30-45%, (f) stirring the mixture prepared in step (e) for 30-65 seconds at 30-90 rpm in the mixer machine and allowing it to rest for 150-180 seconds to obtain the reduced graphene oxide based concrete composition, and (g) molding the reduced graphene oxide based concrete composition so obtained in step (f) to required form using molds followed by compaction, demolding and curing.
