USE - Super stretchable graphene hot electric film. ADVANTAGE - The film has high breaking elongation rate, fast response, simple preparation, high heating rate and cooling rate, and low working voltage. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of super stretchable graphene hot electric film preparing graphene oxide film with 0.8-50 mu m; heating at 0.1-1 degrees C/minute to 500-800 degrees C for 0.5-2 hours, heating to 1000-1300 degrees C at 1-3 degrees C/minute for 0.5-3 hours, and heating to 2000-3000 degrees C at 5-8 degrees C/minute for 0.5-4 hours; cutting into strips, fixing ends and radially winding at 250-300 revolutions/minute for 1-5 minutes; and weaving.
