NOVELTY - Basalt mud paint comprises 20-30 pts. wt. basalt powder, 8-12 pts. wt. shell powder, 4-8 pts. wt. diatomaceous earth, 2-5 pts. wt. carboxymethyl sodium cellulosate, 1-5 pts. wt. quartz powder, 0.1-0.3 pts. wt. graphene and 6-10 pts. wt. activated carbon. The basalt powder is 10-15 wt.% hydrogen peroxide and 25-30 wt.% water-mixed solution of vinyl acetate which is treated for 3-5 hours, and then dried at 50-60 degrees C, crushed, where grain diameter is 200-500 microns. The shell is treted at 1000-1200 degrees C by calcining and crushing, where grain size is 20-60 microns. USE - Basalt mud paint for anti-shedding inner and outer walls. ADVANTAGE - The basalt mud paint is good, no powder falling, no fading, not cracking off, it is suitable for building indoor decoration, it's preparation method is simple and easy, and it is suitable for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing basalt mud paint, which involves: (A) dissolving graphene powder in dimethylformamide, adding eight phenyl silsesquioxane, stirring for 90 minutes at a speed of 2500 revolution per minute, stirring uniformly, and ultrasonically processing for 60 minutes to obtaining first front; (B) grinding the diatomite by 150-300-mesh sieve, drying the water content is not more than 8 wt.%; (C) adding the basalt powder, heating at 80-110 degrees C, stirring at the rotating speed of 1500-2000 revolution per minute for 30-50 minutes; (D) adding shell powder, continuously stirring for 15-30 minutes, then respectively using absolute ethyl alcohol, de-ionized water to wash for 2-3 times to obtain the second front material; (E) mixing sodium carboxymethyl cellulose and active carbon powder for 2000-3000 revolution per minute at the speed of 30-40 minutes stirring speed to form porous mixture; (F) adding inorganic pigment, stirring porous mixture continues for 20-30 minutes uniformly in inorganic pigment to obtain third precursor material, before first adding material, heating at 60-80 degrees C, stirring speed is 2500-3000 revolution per minute for 20-30 minutes; (G) adding quartz powder, continuously stirring for 10-20 minutes; and (H) discharging and drying to obtain falling-prevention inner and outer wall paint by basalt mud.
