NOVELTY - Supported iron-based multi-component catalyst comprises a carrier, active components and auxiliary agents, where active components and auxiliary agents are dispersed on surface of carrier, active component is iron oxide, and the auxiliary agents are indium oxide and oxides of alkali metals. USE - Used as supported iron-based multi-component catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The catalyst in the carbon dioxide hydrogenation hydrocarbon preparation reaction, enhancing the capability of catalyst activated carbon dioxide, carbon dioxide conversion rate is greatly increased, and improves efficiency of carbon dioxide conversion to hydrocarbon. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for Preparing supported iron-based multi-component catalyst comprises (i) taking iron salt, indium salt and alkali metal salt, adopting equal volume dipping method, introducing solvent, and stirring until the mixed metal salt is completely dissolved, (ii) introducing carrier of corresponding quality into metal salt solution, and stirring evenly, allowing carrier to stand at room temperature for a period of time, introducing into an oven for drying, and (iv) calcining product.
