NOVELTY - A three dimension graphene composite electrode material preparing method involves dispersing graphene oxide in water to prepare 1-20 mg/ml graphene oxide dispersion. The pH of the dispersion is regulated to 8-14 to obtain solution-A. The solution-A is added with transition metal compound. The pH of the resultant solution-A is regulated to 8-14 to obtain solution-B. The solution-B is added with sulfur containing inorganic salt. The pH of the solution-B is regulated to 8-14 to obtain solution-C. The solution-C is allowed to stand in water bath, filtered, water washed, and dried. USE - Method for preparing three dimension graphene composite electrode material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the graphene composite electrode material with high mechanical strength, low toxicity, low pollution, low cost, rapid reaction time, and mild conditions. The pH of the solution-B is regulated to 8-14 to obtain solution-C. The solution-C is allowed to stand in water bath, filtered, water washed, and dried to obtain finished product.
